WHAT TO EXPECT:
Our 6 Week Reset is a 2-PHASE plan that will help you detox, cleanse, lose body fat, reshape, and renew to feel incredible and create your best body ever!
PHASE ONE: CLEANSE
Weeks 1-3 are all about cleansing & detoxifying the body while losing unwanted pounds. THE GOAL: Remove built-up toxins, reduce inflammation, melt away body fat, and reset your metabolism. By the end of this phase, you'll look & feel better, have more energy, improved digestion, be lighter on your feet, and have an overall sense of well-being.
PHASE TWO: RESHAPE Weeks 4-6 are about continued fat loss. Improved body composition. WHAT RESULTS SHOULD I EXPECT IN THE FIRST THREE WEEKS? Average weight loss of 5-9 pounds in the first 2 weeks. Some lost as much as 15 pounds and by week 3 some lost over 20 pounds! Everyone felt lighter, looked leaner, got tons of compliments, and continued their weight loss goals. They also said they felt like they were thinking more clearly, had more energy and an improved sense of well-being.
